Shipping details

Lara Beauty provides free Expedited shipping on all merchandise orders that are CAD $60 and over (excluding taxes).

Orders are processed the same or next business day and sent by Canada Post using Expedited or Express shipping. For shipments totaling less than CAD $60, we charge the Canada Post rate, based on your postal or zip code, with no additional processing charge.

Delivery, including order processing time, within Canada will take 3 – 9 business days. Delivery to the United States is 5 – 14 business days.

Shipping times are expressed in Business Days which do not include Weekends, or Canadian holidays. All delivery times are approximate. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the time specified, but we will do our very best to ensure that it does.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your Canada Post Tracking number approximately 2 business days from the time you place your order. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.

A Special Note to our American Customers
Orders shipped across the Canada/US border can sometimes be delayed in Customs. This step of the shipping process is unfortunately beyond our control. Potential custom delays are reflected in the relatively wide-range of delivery times quoted above. We have tried to minimize the impact on you by using Canada Post, a reliable cross-border shipper. Tracking for your order will show you that it has been shipped and will usually indicate several transfer points in Canada. Once your order crosses the border however, there will not be any further tracking information available until your order arrives. We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note, at this time Lara Beauty only ships to destinations in Canada or the Continental United States.

Return policy

At Lara Beauty, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns of any product that is at least 75% full, for any reason, up to 30 days after the original sale, with proof of purchase. Please include all parts, pieces and printed materials in the returned package.

Please include a copy of the original receipt with your return. Returns will be processed within five business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
